- 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY-

Fellows Massage requires a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Any appointments cancelled after the 24 hours will be charged the session cost to the card on file. We are a small business and value the time of our customers and require 24 hour notice in order to have enough time to make schedule adjustments. If you need to last minute cancel for any reason, we welcome you to have a friend or family member take your massage session to avoid the cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule online scroll to the bottom of your confirmation email or you can leave us a text message, email, voicemail or speak with us directly on the phone. Once the appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive a confirmation email.
